The British filmmaker with access to the family told Insider that former President Donald Trump’s children were torn between denial and anger after their children lost the 2020 presidential election.

Alex Holder spent weeks filming the Trump campaign and interviewing the former president and his family members as part of a secret project documenting the 2020 election and beyond.

Their work came to light after the panel obtained footage of them as evidence during committee hearings on January 6.

In an interview with Insider on Tuesday, Holder revealed he’s seen a “mixture” of backlash between them. Trump’s three oldest children: Ivanka, Eric, and Don Jr.

“There was an attitude that someone would give that was incredibly bitter and angry about the outcome,” Holder told Insider.

“And then there were the other kids who were completely in denial and were no longer in the White House and didn’t refer to, argue, or care about anything related to the disaster that occurred earlier.”

Holder did not say which children he was referring to for each statement. But his statements matched widespread reports about the Trump kids post-election.
