Publisher Konami and developer Digital Eclipse Released the first major update for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga CollectionAdds new gameplay enhancements, including much-requested changes to improve online modes.
Online multiplayer abilities for youth mutantNinja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time (SNES) is included in this patch and online game is coming Ninja Turtles III: The Manhattan Project (NES) in a future update.

New Additions
- Changed Main Menu icon to box art. (Change)
- PlayStation 4 arcade controller is now supported. PlayStation 4 joystick support is now implemented (PlayStation 5).
- xbox arcade stick is now supported. Xbox joystick support is now implemented (Xbox One / Xbox series).
- When creating an online lobby, the player can now set the lobby size for both. arcade games. The guest can limit this to two, three or four players.
- When creating an online lobby, the player can now set the frame delay to “Auto”. When this is set, the input lag is adjusted based on the number of players.
- Added new hardware to it Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters (SNES / Super Famicom). Ultimate Attacks can now be activated when Story Mode is ON/OFF.
- Added new hardware to it Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters (Super Famicom). “Group Mode” can now be enabled ON/OFF. (Available only in Japanese version.)
- Added new hardware to it Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (game machine) (United States / Japan). The number of lives per coin can be set from one to five.
- Added new hardware to it Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time (Arcade) (United States). The number of lives per coin can be adjusted between 1-8.
- Added new hardware to it Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Arcade) (United States / Japan). Difficulty is adjustable.
- Added new hardware to it Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time (Arcade) (United States). Difficulty is adjustable.
- Added new hardware to it Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time (Arcade) (United States). Game Loop can now be turned ON/OFF. When ON, the game restarts from the beginning after the credits.
- new button action additional “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Arcade) (United States / Japan),” “Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time (Arcade) (United States).” “Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time (SNES / Super Famicom)” and “Ninja Turtles: Hyperstone Heist (Genesis / Mega Drive).” Players can now assign a button to “Custom”. This button makes it easy to perform special attacks by pressing “Attack” and “Jump” together.
- A new color enhancement added to all game boy games. Added Game Boy Color Mode ON/OFF. A new “Color PaletteAdded “Pause Menu” option for all Game Boy games. In addition to other filters, players can choose from four color palettes:
- Black and white
- Game Boy Green
- Game Boy Pocket Green
- Game Boy Light Blue
- Adjusted the sound and Main Menu for various games.
- Additional pages for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters (NES) and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters (Creation) added strategy Guide.
- Additional page for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters (Creation) and Ninja Turtles: Hyperstone Heist (Genesis) has been added to the Strategy Guide.

- Fixed the German translation of “Punch Again and Again” on page 11 of the Strategy Guide.
- Music player, cassette icon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Arcade) show now displays the correct icon.
- On page 5 of the Strategy Guide (Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time (SNES)), Turtle Type 3 screenshot modified.
- Inside Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time (SNES), Stage Selection enhancements now work even after changing settings in Options.
- Inside Ninja Turtles: Hyperstone HeistScene Selection improvements now work when selecting two players.
- Improved Easy Menu Navigation for Ninja Turtles III: The Manhattan Project (NO) / Ninja Turtles II: The Manhattan Project (Famicom) now works.
