Last month Sony made a surprising announcement. Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered is coming to PCand today they announced more details about the expected port. It looks like Sony and Insomniac Games are coming out completely with this port offering support for ray tracing, DLSS, DLAA, ultrawide monitors and more. Check out a new trailer for the PC version of Spider-Man Remastered below.
Here is a more detailed breakdown New features coming to PC version of Spider-Man Remastered:
- Ray-traced reflections are available game-wide for those with hardware that supports them. Reflections also have varying levels of quality; one is a new, higher quality ray tracing mode that offers more city details as you surf the web and fight crime in Marvel’s New York.
- NVIDIA DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling) boosts graphics performance and boosts frame rates with uncompromised image quality using dedicated Tensor Core AI processors available only in GeForce RTX GPUs.
- NVIDIA DLAA (Deep Learning Anti-Aliasing) is an AI-based anti-aliasing mod for GeForce RTX gamers who have extra GPU headroom and want higher image quality.
- Beyond choosing output resolutions, we also support a wide variety of aspect ratios, including ultra-wide 21:9, panoramic 32:9, and NVIDIA Surround multi-monitor setups.* If you have three monitors, you’ll show them off!
- Many other rendering systems are more customizable than in the past, with additional levels of quality and algorithmic options. These include SSAO, texture filtering, LoD quality, shadows and more. We support windowed, fullscreen and custom fullscreen rendering modes.
