If your budget is tight, you can save money by buying old TVs. The 48″ Sony Bravia A9S launched in 2021, and Best Buy dropped $200 off its regular price ahead of Black Friday this year. (We saw it at $898 at Walmart earlier this week, but it’s now even lower.)

This TV gives you incredible picture quality in a compact and stylish package. At this size, it’s perfect for smaller rooms and gaming setups. Google Assistant and Chromecast are built into the Sony Bravia A9S and it also has HDR and Dolby Vision support.

Over the past week, the best-selling deal, according to our data, LG A2 OLED on sale for $569 at Best Buy (opens in new tab) and it’s easy to see why.

For close to the price of a new game console, you get a mid-size OLED TV with excellent black levels and great contrast, plus LG’s webOS smart TV platform. For the price you can’t do much better.

Of course, if you’re looking for even better performance, you might want to consider the LG B2 and C2 OLED, which offer a 120Hz refresh rate and higher peak brightness, but you’d pay almost double to get one of these models in this size. .
